28 Dorset Square is a Grade II-listed Georgian townhouse, beautifully reimagined as a contemporary office space in the heart of the Marylebone Conservation Area. Designed by John McAslan + Partners, the project seamlessly blends the timeless charm of the Georgian building with the clean, contemporary lines of a new limestone extension.

Challenge
Establish a brand system including strategy, visual identity and associated marketing campaign that would highlight the unique architecture and outstanding location of this truly stunning development to prospective owner occupier.

Solution
Inspired by the location and geometric architectural forms, a holistic campaign was developed to encompass identity, marketing collateral, and beyond. By integrating the construction journey into the narrative – from foundation to completion – the campaign embodied the overarching strategy of ‘the shape of things to come.’
